Congrats, your offer has been accepted by all parties and now you have a Ratified contract where all parties agree to the terms.

Inspection day is all about peace of mind. A licensed inspector will take a close look at the home’s major systems and structure so you know exactly what you’re buying. I’ll be right there to help you understand the report, answer your questions, and talk through next steps if repairs or negotiations are needed.

This is the bank’s evaluation of the property. It assesses the value of the property, but also to determine such things as your interest rate, required down payment, and whether you will be approved for the loan

We are almost to the finish line. We will walk through the home one final time to see if everything is working and that the house is move in ready!

Closing day is the big finale — the moment all the hard work pays off. We’ll review and sign the final documents at your attorney or title company’s office. The keys will be handed off to you, and you’ll officially step into your new chapter as a homeowner. My favorite part? Getting to celebrate this milestone right alongside you!
