Gerri Archer is a proud Richmond native who has spent most of her life in the RVA area. After earning her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University, she quickly returned home to pursue a graduate degree in Social Work at VCU. During her time as a resident director, she discovered her love for helping students transform their dorms into their “home away from home.” That passion for creating comfort and connection carried into her 13+ year career in clinical social work, where she developed a strong, client-centered approach to helping others reach their goals.

In 2018, Gerri brought that same dedication into real estate as an independent agent. She thrives on working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, and families relocating—especially those with military ties. Now as part of The Hogan Group, she’s excited to expand her business, build new relationships, and use her active listening and negotiation skills to advocate for her clients every step of the way.

When she’s not helping clients find their place to call home, Gerri enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with her family, and curling up with a good book.
